Basics of crisis communication
Crises are always sudden, unexpected, giving the authority very short time to prepare and react. In a crisis situation, management and staff of the authority must do everything to be visible, proactive and present at the core of the events.
Work with crisis communication can be organized in three blocks: preparing for the crisis, managing the crisis and dealing with post-crisis communication.
