Basics of corporate identity studies
Corporate identity is concerned with the conception, development and communication of an authority’s mission, vision and basic functions. When well managed, a positive corporate identity can result in trust from citizens towards the authority, fruitful cooperation with other authorities, NGOs or private companies, dedicated employees that identify themselves with the authority and better possiblities to recruite professional staff.
